There are a couple of options you can do to attempt to free up the arms on your Roadmaster Falcon All Terrain, Non-Binding Tow Bar # RM-522.
What you can do is try and spray the arms with a degreaser, then move the arms in and out and rise with some water.
After rinsing the arms, you are going to need to dry them thoroughly and spray a dry silicone on the arms.
If that does not work, I recommend using the repair kit; the Roadmaster Repair Kit for Falcon Towbars # RM910003-52.
This kit includes everything yo need to repair the arms on your Roadmaster Falcon tow bars, and should fix the issue you're having.
If instead you'd rather just replace the entire arms, you can use the Roadmaster Replacement Inner/Outer Arm for Falcon 2 # 910021-80 for the passenger side and # 910021-70 for the driver side.
