This repair kit is going to include all the components that you see here laid out on my table that will help to fix an older model Roadmaster Falcon tow bar. They do include instructions to walk you through that installation process. So for whichever components you're needing to replace, this is going to do a great job.

Replace the hardware on your older Roadmaster Falcon tow bar, model 5250.
I used this kit to rebuild our Roadmaster Falcon tow bar. All the parts were of good quality and fit just fine. The bar is ready for many more miles of towing.
We bought a used RV.
It had a an old Roadmaster 5250 tow bar. It needed the complete rebuild kit which was not in stock. The reps(I talked with several as I didn't know what to ask the first one) were all helpful and courteous. They found two separate kits which make up the complete kit so I got what I needed. They actually had Roadmaster drop ship one of the kits to me directly.
I also needed the Quick Disconnect bar kit for the 5250. They helped with that also. They also had the 5250 release tool.
They even had the cover for the old Falcon so when I recondition and paint the old bar it will look and stay as new.
Great folks to deal with.
They are close enough in price to the big "A" so the extra couple of bucks is worth it for the expert advice.

I bought a used Roadmaster tow bar, it wasn't in bad shape, but for peace of mind I purchased and installed this rebuild kit. Tow bar works and looks like new.
The Falcon towbar repair kit arrived quickly. I did the disassembly and reassembly of the towbar components by myself. The towbar had several years of use, and the washers were getting thin and brittle. The parts in the kit fit perfectly. Another set of hands would have been helpful for the reassembly, while trying to hold all the components together, and lined up.
Parts were a perfect fit and the instructions were very good. This is not an easy job as the two 1/2" bolts that hold the large washers are very difficult to remove, by design. You don't want these coming loose on their own. With a good set of tools, you can prevail. I used a benzene-based cleaning fluid and paper towel to remove the old bumper adhesive. I'm sure the new ones will be on there for keeps.
These parts for our tow bar made it like new again. The products were as described and the service was excellent. I will be sure to use Etrailer for any needed future items.
