Hello, Looking for mounting hardware for a older Thule 250 box. What would you recommend?

I may have a solution for you, but the correct mounting hardware for your Thule 250 is no longer available. Essentially what this means is that there is not a confirmed fit for replacement mounting hardware and you would likely need to fabricate new hardware, which would most likely mean drilling new holes and sealing old ones.
If this is something that you are willing to do, you can use the Replacement Mounting Kit for Thule # TH04958. You would likely need to drill new holes to accommodate this hardware kit. This will not impact the integrity of the box. You would then want to seal any of the old holes that are not being used. You can use something like the Loctite RTV 598 High-Performance Silicone # LT37467 to accomplish that.
