We do have a base plate kit that fits your 2022 Jeep Grand Cherokee 4xe; the Roadmaster Direct-Connect Base Plate Kit # RM76RR. This fits all models that don't have a brush guard and if you have tow hooks installed you'll need to remove them for this base plate kit to fit.

For a complete flat towing setup you will need a base plate kit, tow bar, safety cables, vehicle tow bar wiring, a supplemental braking system, and possibly a high-low adapter. If you do not have all of these components then these are the parts I recommend:
