If you are looking for a brake controller wiring harness like # 3015-P you selected then you will need # 3016 for your 2014 Chevy Silverado 1500. I have included a link to the installation instructions for you to view.
If you do not already have a compatible brake controller I recommend the Tekonsha P2, # 90885. This is one of our most popular controllers because it is easy to set up, easy to use, and its reliable.
If you are talking about a trailer wiring harness the only options currently available are meant to replace the factory 7-Way on the truck. I have linked them for you.
