The best replacement option we have for a 135/80-13 trailer tire is a 175/80-13 which is about 2.5" larger in diameter and 1.6" larger in width. That said, you'd only need to account for about half of this on either side of the tire. This is the closest size replacement option we offer so it's your best bet for a modern equivalent. I recommend the Provider ST175/80R13 Radial Trailer Tire - Load Range C part # TTWTRTM1758013C for this which has radial plies that are designed for highway use and an 81 mph speed rating. It will work great with your existing wheel.
