Question:

Unfortunately, the Blue Ox Base Plate Torque specifications were NOT included in the delivered package. I searched the Blue Ox website and did not find them there. The installation procedure said that they should be on General Instruction Sheetinch but as mentioned, that sheet was not in the delivered package. Please advise. Thanks in advance.

I spoke with Blue Ox about the lack of instructions with the Blue Ox Base Plate Kit # BX2908 and was told that it's one of their older baseplates and that the chart for those no longer exists but that the # BX1139 has the same torque specifications and lists them up at the top of the installation instructions.

I've attached those instructions below so that you can complete the baseplate installation on your 2004 Lexus GX 470.
