I have a 1968 Shasta travel trailer with 120v. Have been offered to plug in to a 30w pole outlet. What part do I need to convert?

To go from a 30 amp to a 15 amp connection like you are needing you'd want the Mighty Cord RV Power Cord Adapter part # A10-3015HVP.
