If you wanted to upgrade your Retrax Pro MX tonneau cover to have the rails with the integrated t-slots, you will just need to swap the rails out with the:
-Replacement Side Rails for Retrax XR Hard Tonneau Covers # RTX54TR.
These are the XR side rails that come with the Retrax PRO XR Tonneau Covers # RTT-80372.
If you wanted to swap the whole system out, the Retrax PRO XR Tonneau Cover # RTT-80372 mentioned above is a confirmed fit for your 2014 Ford F-150 with a 6-1/2' bed.
