What are the options to use this with 19 ram 2500 oem puck system? Any chance they will make one that I dont have to add rails to the truck?

To be able to use the Curt CrossWing Lightweight 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch # C86JR with your 2019 Ram 2500 with OEM pucks, you're just going to need the:

-Demco 5th Wheel Rail Adapter for Ram OEM 5th Wheel Towing Prep Package # DM6099.

This rail adapter will drop into the OEM pucks on your truck and provide ISR (Industry Standard Rails) so that you can use the Curt CrossWing # C86JR.

This is going to be the only way to use this hitch with your truck, as Curt does not make the CrossWing compatible with OEM pucks.
