Question:
What generator would you recommend for a Keystone 29MBS Cougar fifth wheel? We have 400w of solar and also have an EcoFlow Delta Tech 2000 with an extra battery and plan to stay at an LTVA next winter.

The generator size needed is going to depend solely on what you're wanting to power during your trip. Solar power is only going to recharge your trailer's batteries and won't supply AC current to run the AC appliances in your trailer.
If you're planning on boondocking then the best way to determine your needs is to look up the wattage draw for each appliance you plan on using per hour and then you can see how much energy you use in a single day and compare that to the generator output to find the correct size. The harder the generator runs the more fuel it's going to consume as well, so you won't want to be too close the limit of the generator. We have an awesome solar calculator tool, which I've attached the link to below, that can help you figure out what your energy consumption.
All that being said the Champion Dual Fuel Inverter Generators w/ Parallel Kit # CH49FR that you were looking at is pretty beefy and can handle quite a bit. Typically when someone is looking to run two AC units I recommend a 4,500 watt generator, so with a combined 9,000W Starting/7,000W Running you should be more than good.
