What is the Difference Between Dual Axle and Tandem Axle Trailers

I have a Escort 1999 trailer with dual axle. how do I know if its a tandem or not so I can the right break line kit Thank you much

If your 1999 Escort Trailer does have two axles or dual axles then it is a tandem trailer. All tandem means is that there are two axles.
The Dexter Deluxe Hydraulic Line Kit # 9579-2 that you referenced is designed to fit a tandem axle trailer so you should be fine.
