No Right Side Trailer Brake Light on Trailer but Turn Signal Works

My right side trailer lights work for turn signal but not brake and lights. Any idea why. 2010 Merho

Expert Reply:
The stop and turn signal circuits are run on the same wire for most trailer's. Therefore, if the turn signal works but not the stop light or vice versa then the issue is likely the bulb. If you pop the cover off your taillight so should be able to see the bulb and inspect the filament. If either of the filaments are broken the bulb will need to be replaced. If you can let me know what bulb number is printed on the bulb I would be glad to see about a replacement. The most common is an 1157 and in which case you'd use the 1157 Incandescent Bulbs part # DI79VR.
