A brake controller like the Tekonsha part # TK90160 can be used on any vehicle that has a 12 volt power system which that would include your Kenworth T370. The black wire will run to a 12 volt battery positive post, white to ground, red to a stoplight circuit (typically found at brake pedal for brake light illumination) and blue runs back to the trailer connector for output to the brake assemblies.
