Thule currently does not offer any replacement parts for their Telescoping Ladder # TH301404. While we do not offer any similar magnetic mounts we do carry the SeaSucker Vacuum Mount # SS73FR. This mount is capable of 120lbs of pull strength without drilling any holes. You can place them on the rails of your ladder to help secure the top of the ladder to your van.
