Yes, the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver part # C13264 is a confirmed fit for a 2023 Toyota Tacoma. I verified this with Curt for you. It features a simple bolt-on install with no drilling required. It has a class III rating with 2" opening for use with hitch mounted accessories or towing. Please note, if you will be towing then you'll also need a trailer wiring harness for which I recommend the Curt T-Connector Vehicle Wiring Harness part # C56349 which is plug-in play. The only other parts needed for towing are a ball mount/hitch ball, I recommend the Curt Towing Starter Kit part # C45554 for this.
