Hello I have a mountaineer and need to replace the mounting hardware due to the parts being rusted. What do you have as a replacement part kit? I will be mounting it on the yakima jet stream bars

For replacement hardware for your Thule Mountaineer you can use the # 1032802. The plates look a little different but they have the same bolt hole spacing. If you want the quick on/off brackets you will also need 4 of the # TH04973. The protector pads # TH05001 are also available separately.
