Question:
1990 GMC K3500 Sierra SLE Extended Cab. I have a 3inch body on this pickup. How will this effect installation and use?

The 3" body lift will affect the installation and use of the B&W Turnoverball Underbed Gooseneck Trailer Hitch w/ Custom Installation Kit item # BWGNRK1000 when it is installed on your 1990 GMC K3500 Sierra SLE Extended Cab.
The brackets of the installation kit will attach to your trucks frame and provide an attachment point for the center section to mount just beneath the bed of your truck. Since you have a body lift the bed of the truck will be 3" above the center section. The gooseball receiver hole and the safety chain loops won't be flush to the underneath of your bed. You may need to cut out a square section of your bed to access the hooks and the gooseneck ball, if you aren't wanting to remove your body lift. This would be similar to a recessed well in a flat bed truck.
