Is there a Demco hijacker autoslide 5th wheel hitch for my 2022 ram 3500? I have the puck system and I'd like to use that and not any type of adapter. is taht possible?

There is indeed a Demco Hijacker Autoslide 5th wheel hitch that fits the factory puck system of your 2022 Ram 3500 so you do not have to use an adapter. In fact there are two, with the only difference being the capacity; one has an 18,000 lb capacity while the other has a 21,000 lb capacity:

You made a really nice choice going with the Autoslide and not only because of how convenient that is. That's an important aspect to the hitch but just as important is the overall quality of the rest of it, namely its jaw system.

The Autoslide's unique jaw system is a single-piece that wraps totally around the kingpin, and is reinforced via a 3/4" solid steel bar that locks into place once the jaw is closed. So when you are towing the ride will be quieter and smoother than other hitches that just cannot match the quality of the Autoslide's jaws.
