Will Item # BX1137 baseplate work with a 1991 Jeep YJ Wrangler with a tube grill?

I do have an option for you but we don't offer any base plates for a 1991 Jeep YJ confirmed to fit on models with an aftermarket tube bumper. The only custom base plate kit we really offer for this vehicle is the Blue Ox Base Plate Kit part # BX1137 which is designed for models with the standard factory bumper. Therefore, you may need to make modifications in order for this to work with a tube style bumper but this is unfortunately your only option as they don't make another one for this vehicle.
I have attached the installations instructions below which you can use to get a better idea on fit with the bumper.
