The Replacement Arm Cushion for Thule OutWay Trunk Bike Rack # TH57NH fits both the 2-Bike # TH45JV and 3-Bike # TH56BV versions of the Thule OutWay trunk mount bike rack.
The arms are different lengths but the arm cushion comes in sections on the racks so you'll just be replacing one section with this replacement part as opposed to a whole sleeve.
