Does this hitch installation affected warranty on bmw x5?

The Stealth hitch part # SH25VR that fits your 2023 BMW X5 is not going to affect the warranty of the vehicle because of the Magnuson–Moss Warranty Act (P.L. 93-637). The Magnuson–Moss Warranty Act in short states that manufactures cannot void the entire warranty of a vehicle simply because they installed an aftermarket component. I do however recommend you look this up for yourself though to be safe.
