The best hitch for your 2023 Chevy Trailblazer is going to be the Curt Trailer Hitch item # C94UR. This hitch is custom fit and bolts to your Chevy with included hardware.

This is a class I hitch with a 1-1/4" receiver. It has a 2,000 lbs towing capacity, and a 200 lbs maximum tongue weight.

I have linked a couple of pictures below along with an installation video so you can see what this hitch looks like when installed.

If you are planning on towing you will also need a wiring harness item # TK26VR and the Draw-Tite Drawbar item # 3593 and then for hitch balls item # 19258 for a 2 inch ball or item # 19256 for a 1-7/8 inch ball.
