How Long Does it Take to Install Curt Hitch on 2013 Honda Fit
Published 10/26/2022 >
Question:
how long should it take a mechanic to install the hitch on a honda fit 2013. I already bought the hitch from you. They charged 370 to install. I had expected 70-100. 2.5 hours it took. Is this right? Please text a range of time for install. or email. Im going in to argue with them tomorrow.

Expert Reply:
For the Curt hitch # C11064 Curt has the install time for an average installer to be 1 hour. Typically a professional would install it much quicker too so if they charged you several shop hours for the install they either didn't know what they were doing or weren't being completely honest.
