How Much Bar Space Is Needed To Mount And Use the Rhino-Rack Ski and Snowboard Carrier?

Question:
Space is limited on my rack with an existing pod already on it. What is the bracket spacing for the RR573? Do you need additional clearance on the hinge side for it to fully open?

To fit the Rhino-Rack Ski and Snowboard Carrier # RR573 you are going to need at least 14" of bar space on your crossbars.
So as long as you have 14" of bar space, ,the # RR573 will work just fine and will have plenty of room to operate.
