Yes, the Roadmaster Rear Anti-Sway Bar item # RM-1109-169 is confirmed to fit your 2016 Chevy Silverado Z71 4WD with air bags. It works by balancing weight transfer and roll. The force that would normally be put on the axle and your air bags or other suspension system will go to the anti-sway bar instead. This braces your Chevy to keep it stable.
