Question:

Previous fan blade broke off but has a nut on the motor shaft and melted plastic. Any suggestions on how to replace with new fan blade?

In regards to the Furrion RV Range Hood, the correct replacement fan blade is the Replacement Fan Blade for Furrion RV 12-Volt Range Hoods part # FR63MR. In order to replace this, you'd simply need to remove the nut on the end of the shaft and swap the two out. If you have some melted plastic on the end of the shaft then you can try to heat this up before removing the nut but you may be able to remove the nut along with the plastic then just clean up any excess after. If you had melted plastic burning in the vent I'd also replace the filters, the Replacement Charcoal Filter for Furrion 12V Range Hoods part # FR43MR.

Please note, you may need to use a pair of pliers to hold the shaft while you spin the nut.
