3-1/4 wet bolts and shackle bolts for a 120091 Dexter Axle

The closest thing that we have to replace your 3-1/4" wet bolts is the Spring-Eye Bolt with Locknut for Slipper Springs # 166079 which measures 3-1/2" long and has a 9/16" diameter. This is a regular bolt without the grease fitting so you'll want to remove the bolts and grease them manually as opposed to pumping grease into them through the fitting.
The only bolt we have that measures 3-1/4" is part # 7-7-6-11 but it only has a 5/16" diameter so it is really only meant for the open end of slipper springs.
