I am looking for a LT08-05B STRUT for a tool box It is 13.75 inches ~35mm from ball end center to center.

To replace your LT08-05B strut I recommend checking out the Universal Lift Support # ATL43BR which installs on a 10 mm ball socket like part # UWSBALLSTUD, has 60 to 70 lb force, and measures 13-7/8" extended.
