I recommend using the MaxxFan Deluxe Roof Vent # MA00-07500K for a thermostatically controlled roof vent. This fan uses a wireless remote which allows you to place it anywhere in the room. The vent itself also has a built in rain shield so it can still run even in the rain. The large 12" fan is capable of moving 900cubic feet of air every minute.
The Ventline Ventadome Roof Vent # V2119-601-00 can only be controlled with the Switches # VC0533-03-A or # VC0533-02-A. There is not a thermostatic switch compatible with this fan.
