I have a canplas # 3634-5 flange that is cracked. Will this valterra T05-0784 fit.

Yes, the Replacement RV Toilet Floor Flange # T05-0784 has the standard 4" diameter opening and 3" FPT (Female Pipe Thread) that will match what you have with your Canplas 3634-5 flange.
