Question:

I have item RM-676 tow bar and looking to get RM-4700 or 4750, not sure which tow defender will work with this tow bar and on my 21 GMC Sierra 1500. Is my tow bar a quick disconnect? Thank you

The correct Tow Defender will depend more on the base plate kit that you have, rather than the Roadmaster Nighthawk All Terrain, Non-Binding Tow Bar # RM-676.

You will most likely need the Roadmaster Tow Defender Protective Screening # RM-4750 which fits Roadmaster motorhome-mounted tow bars with direct connect base plate kits and Roadmaster bumper mounted D-rings.

You would only need the Roadmaster Tow Defender Protective Screening # RM-4700 if you have a crossbar style base plate kit on your 2021 GMC Sierra 1500.

The easiest way to tell if you have a crossbar style base plate kit is to look and see if you have a crossbar like the Replacement Quick Disconnect Crossbar Assembly # 910021-00 running between the arms of your tow bar. If you do not, you would want to use the Roadmaster Tow Defender Protective Screening # RM-4750.
