Question:

Looking at adding a gen y hitch, can you tell me the model of my pin box please? Sticker is painted over.

It would appear that you have a 1621 pin box. The best way to verify this is by measuring the bolt holes dimensions for the pin box to the trailer. This pin box has vertical holes spaced 2" on center and horizontal holes spaced 7-7/8" on center. If this is what you have you will need to find the tongue weight of your 5th wheel to ensure you get the correct Gen-Y Shock Absorbing 5th Wheel to Gooseneck Pin Box.
