Will The Gen-Y Hitch 5th Wheel to Gooseneck Pin Box Help With Clearance Issues on Short Bed Ram 3500

Will the gen y gooseball hitch give me clearance issues? My truck is a 2020 ram 3500 srw mega cab shortbed and I am about to purchase a brinkley z3610 model 5th wheel

The Gen-Y Hitch Shock Absorbing 5th Wheel to Gooseneck Pin Box # GY38FR is not going to allow for any additional turning clearance than the 5th wheel king pin with a fixed point hitch. We have offset gooseneck ball options depending on what type of hitch you have. If your 2020 Ram 3500 has the factory puck system we do have the GEN-Y # GY83XR which will give you a 5" offset. If you have an aftermarket hitch like the B&W # BWGNRK1320 they do offer a 4" Offset Ball # BWGNXA4085 for additional clearance.

I can give you more options if you can verify which hitch setup you have and the pin box on your Brinkley Z3610 5th wheel.
