To be able to find the proper mounting kit for your rails that you currently have I would need to know what brand of rails that they're. I would also need to know the usable bar length and what type of rack it is. If you have no idea what the brand of rails you currently have we can set you up with a new roof rack system!

With the pictures that sent in of the Thule rails I was able to identify them as a square bar setup but we do not have the proper feet that would attach to your 2010 Honda Civic. You will have to purchase the system I posted in the original answer mentioned above.
