I am thinking about purchasing an Alliance Paradigm 310RL fithwheel. Can I safely tow it with a 2022 GMC sierra 2500 HD Denali with standard bed? If so what hitch do you recommend?

Yes, you will be able to easily tow an 15,000 lbs Alliance Paradigm 310RL 5th wheel with your 2022 GMC Sierra 2500 standard bed. Unless it has a rotating pin box you will want to use a sliding hitch for the required clearance needed to back and turn without hitting the cab of your truck.
It looks like your 2022 Sierra has the OEM puck system from GM. To drop right into the pucks you will want the B&W Companion OEM 5th Wheel Hitch w/ Slider item # BWRVK3775. This sliding hitch has a 20,000 lbs capacity and will give you 12" of travel.
The Companion is by far the best hitch on the market. It has 1" thick dual jaws that provide a 360-degree jaw to kingpin contact. This will not only provide you with a more secure connection but it also gives you a more comfortable and quieter towing experience. The dual jaws prevent chucking and jarring.
