Camco RV Replacement Plumbing Vent Cap Diameter

Question:

The vent pipe coming up through the roof of my customers RV does not extend high enough to make a seal with the base of the plumbing vent cap allowing black tank gasses to enter the coach. I need to remove the vent cap, cut even and extend the vent pipe then replace the vent cap. What size diameter is the plumbing vent pipe? and is there a coupler to extend the pipe height? Thank you

The diameter from outside to outside is 5-1/4 inches, and the inside opening is 4 inches diameter for the Camco RV Replacement Plumbing Vent w/ Putty and Screws - Polar White # CAM40033.

It will fit 1" to 2-3/8" pipe and comes with 6 mounting screws. The mounting holes of the # CAM40033 are 2-3/8 inches apart on center. There is not a coupler to extend the pipe height.
