We have the outlet kit part # RM-9332 which you'd run to the battery of your 2022 Ford Ranger directly so that the Blue Ox Patriot 3 part # BLU37TR wouldn't get switched off like you mentioned. This will give you the same type of needed to power the Patriot that will be active at all times.
