Is There a Way to Bypass Curt Echo Brake Controller When in City

Question:
Is there anyway to temporarily disable the device. The controller works great except if I am driving in a city area the trailer brakes grab too much and jerk the truck back. I have the sensitivity at 1.

Probably the easiest way to accomplish this would be to set up a second profile for the trailer that has very low gain and sensitivity settings that you could switch to once you got into a city area. This would give you the lower performance you are wanting from the controller and it's easy to switch between profiles as well.
