Availability of Directional Steel Trailer Wheel with Chrome Finish that is 15 on 5 inch

Question:
Looking for a steel directional with chrome finish. Tire size is ST205/75R15. Existing rim is 5 hole 5 on 4 1/2. The sticker on existing rim has part # JG15X55DSMKPVD 15X5 on it but this number does not come up on google search. Trailer is a 2019 Forrest River, Cherokee 264L. What is the proper rim replacement?

The Steel Directional Trailer Wheel # AM34FR is a chrome finish steel wheel with a 5 on 4-1/2 inch bolt pattern and a 15 on 5 inch size so in that regard it matches what you need but since I was not able to find any info on the part number you mentioned or find decent pictures of your 2019 Forest River Cherokee 264L so I was not able to confirm that this is the exact replacement you are looking for.
