To install a brake controller in your 2020 Chevy Equinox like the Prodigy P3 part # 90195 you'll wire it directly to the brake controller wiring under the dash but there isn't plug or port that you can plug directly in to.
Vehicles equipped with the tow package will have blunt-ended tow package wiring located behind the side panel of the center console on the driver's side next to the gas pedal. You'll be looking for a bundle of 4 blunt ended wires that are blue, black, white/blue striped and white/green stripe.
• Red/Green tow package wire to Black pigtail wire
• Blue tow package wire to Blue pigtail wire
• Black tow package wire to white pigtail wire
• White/Blue Striped tow package wire to red pigtail wire
