Question:
hi guys, i cant seem to find the dimensions of the e98869 anywhere. im looking for a bolt on hitch that will fit the 60 inch wide frame members of my 2008 fleetwood e2. the unit MUST be 60 inch wide. i dont really care what the hitch was initially intended to fit : i can bolt or weld.

The etrailer hitch you mentioned is 45-7/8 inches, so much narrower than you need. For a trailer like your Fleetwood Evolution, you'll need an adjustable width hitch as there isn't one that is 60 inches on the nose. So what you can use is the following:
- Adjustable Width Trailer Hitch Receiver for RVs, 22" to 66" Wide # C13704
The # C13704 is for frames between 22" and 66" with the hitch crossmember being 68-1/2" long BUT you can trim the crossmember to the exact dimensions you need so it is flush with the frame brackets, giving you a hitch that is 60".
