Not getting any power to Tekonsha Voyager brake controller after installing Plug n play 3040-P. Showing no lights at all ?

The most likely cause of no power to the trailer brake controller on a 2013 Toyota Sequoia is a missing or blown fuse. I checked the owner's manual for you and found a 30 amp fuse # 16 labeled "TOW BRK". Therefore, you'll want to change/check this fuse according. If the fuse is still good then there is likely further issues that require dealer assistance or you can bypass the issue with an option like the Curt Echo Wireless Trailer Brake Controller part # C51180 which just plugs into the trailer connector.
