Is 60Amp Progressive Dynamics Inteli-Power RV Converter a Single or Double Stage System

Question:

Does this have 2 stages or a single? According to the Progressive Website Note: Units manufactured after August of 2020 have 2 stages. This applies to the PD9160ALV only. The second stage s the voltage to 13.6 after The battery is fully charged. So what is the date of manufacture?

The Progressive Dynamics Inteli-Power RV Converter and Battery Charger - Lithium - 12V - 60 Amps # PD9160ALV has the 2-stage charging feature you're asking about. The voltage drops to a lover voltage rating (13.6V) once the battery is fully charged so then it's more of a "stabilized" mode that just keeps the battery topped off.

The ones we have are the ones manufactured after August 2020.
