Can Thule TracRac TracONE Be Mounted on Utility Trailer and Used for Roof Top Tent and Awning

Could this product be installed on the rails of a utility trailer if the rails are angled steel L shaped and have a roof too tent placed on top of it? Also would like to put an awning on it, would these accommodate that?

The Thule TracRac TracONE Truck Bed Ladder Rack # TH27000XTB can definitely be installed on a utility trailer that has L-Bracket type rails but there are some checks and balances we need to sort out as this is an unusual application that hasn't been tested.
First off is the weight capacity. This ladder rack has an 800 lb weight capacity but you're always limited by your least rated component so if those L-Bracket rails are only able to handle lighter weight, say 200 lbs for argument's sake, then you would be limited to that 200 lbs. If you aren't able to find a weight capacity then you'll be kind of playing with fire if you decide to use this setup.
The other things we need to look into is the actual mounting design of both the roof top tent and the awning. The crossbars that come with the ladder rack measure 4" wide x 1-1/2" tall so we'll need to make sure our accessories are compatible.
If you don't already have a roof top tent I recommend checking out the Thule Tepui Foothill Rooftop Tent # TH37HJ which requires the Ladder Rack Adapter Kit # THXADAPT14 to fit, and then for an awning I recommend the Rhino-Rack Sunseeker Awning # RR32132 which mounts via the T-Slots on top of the ladder rack crossbars.
