The EcoHitch Hidden Trailer Hitch Receiver # 306-X7194 for your 2015 Toyota Prius c has a 2" receiver that we measured to have a hitch height of 11-1/2". With this you can use either a fixed ball mount like the Curt # C45100 that has a 6" rise which would fit on a trailer with a hitch height near 15-1/2". You will need either a 1-7/8" # C40002 or 2" # 40038 ball.
If you intend to pull different trailers that can have different hitch heights an Adjustable Ball Mount # BWTS10038B will allow you to adjust the height for different trailers. It also has both a 1-7/8" and 2" ball built in so you can easily use with both size couplers.
The Curt T-Connector Vehicle Wiring Harness # C56275 will provide you a 4-way flat connector that you will need for the smaller trailers you will be towing.
