I have a 2017 toyota sienna and the towing company just dropped a 2021 toyota sienna off at the salvage yard. Will that hitch fit my 2017?

Yes, the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver # C13105 will fit your 2017 Toyota Sienna.
If you meant the 2021 Sienna model instead then there was actually a hitch model change so you need the Curt Trailer Hitch # C22UR instead. This is essentially the same hitch, just with the correct spacing and mounting hole dimensions to match the newer 2021 model.
