Yes, per Curt the Curt Above-Bed Gooseneck Trailer Hitch # 16055 can be positioned over the axle or for a 3 inch rearward offset.
The gooseneck hitch has an offset hitch ball that provides additional space between your truck's cab and your gooseneck trailer.
The B&W Custom Installation Kit w/ Base Rails # BWRVK2605 are needed to attach the Curt Gooseneck hitch to.
