Yes, The Curt Echo Under-Dash Wireless Brake Controller # C27JR and The Curt Custom Wiring Adapter # C51453 are the only starting pieces that you will need for your 2013 Ram 1500. I would also recommend The Manual Override Button # C83HR.
The brake controller's main unit will mount out of sight under dash giving you a clean interior. You can control the controllers braking activity directly from your phone. The user friendly mobile app saves multiple trailer profiles.
