Is this strap good for above car on tow dolly. It looks adjustable for width as well. Weight looks good.

The # 317-18900 would work well on a trailer, but more than likely your tow dolly uses specific straps with a different hook to secure your vehicle to it. Even if you previously had this style, I know a few do, I can't guarantee that it will fit. The length on the fixed side might be too long/short to keep your vehicle properly secured depending on the attachment points. I recommend using the straps designed for your specific tow dolly.
